The InfiniiVision X-series offers 26 models from 70 to 500 MHz with breakthrough technology that delivers more oscilloscope for the same budget.

Bandwidth is 70 to 200 MHz (2000 X) or 100 to 500 MHz (3000 X). Max. sample rate is 2 GSa/sec. (2000 X) or 4 GSa/sec. (3000 X). The max. memory is 100 kpts standard for the 2000 X or 2 Mpts standard for the 3000 X (4 Mpts optional). Typical waveform updates of 50.000 per second (2000 X) and 1.000.000 (3000 X). For both models, bandwidth, MSO, measurement applications and WaveGen are fully upgradable, and memory for the 3000 X-series only.
